Washer Pump

During the washing function the windshield washing water pump (M5/1) pumps the washing water out of the washing water tank onto the front windscreen through the hoses and washing water nozzles.

In order to do this, the front SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/1) ground is switched to the motor of the windshield washing water pump (M5/1).


NOTE: This actuation does not take place using a relay but directly via an electronic control module switch (transistor).
