1. Mark cutting lines (A, B, C) at lower rear end door window.

Upper cutting line (A): Max. 5 mm (dimension a) below top edge.
Side cutting lines (B): Approx. 60 mm distance from outer edge.
Lower cutting line (C): Course along transition between transparent and black section of lower rear-end door window.







For the following sawing work a 63 mm dia. saw blade is required for the FEIN FSC 1.6 window removal tool. Evacuate saw dust (helper).
Sawing work is required to gain access to adhesive beads so that they can be cut.

2. Saw lower rear-end window along upper cutting line (A).
3. Saw lower rear-end window along side cutting cutting line (B) and lower cutting line (C). FEIN FSC 1.6 window removal tool, wet/dry vacuum cleaner.










4. Cut adhesive bead at top edge with cutting blade from outside.
5. Cut adhesive bead at stay below center high-mounted stop lamp (arrow) with cutting blade from inside.
Cut carefully, otherwise stay can be damaged.










6. Cut side adhesive bead with cutting blade from outside.
7. Cut adhesive bead along bottom edge with cutting blade from outside.
