Removing, Installing Grooved Ball Bearing Of Crankshaft






1 Remove manual transmission
2 Remove clutch
3 Remove grooved ball bearing (6)
- Pull out end cover (5) together with the grooved ball bearing.
- Use a suitable sleeve to knock in grooved ball bearing at the outer race until it makes contact with spacer ring (7).
- The grooved ball bearing must be tightly seated in the flywheel.
- Use a suitable sleeve to knock in new end cover (5) as far as the stop.

4 Install in the reverse order.
