Steering Column Servo Motors Position Measurement

Function
To measure the position of the steering column. one Hall sensor is located at both the longitudinal adjustment forward/back motor (M20m1) and the height adjustment up/down motor (M20m2).
The Hall sensor signals are read by the driver front seat adjustment control module with memory (N32/1), checked for plausibility, and counted by the position counter for position measurement. The received Hall pulses are evaluated as positive or negative according to the actuation voltage of the motor.
