The steering column adjustment motor group (M20) is located on the steering column.

Task
Vertical and longitudinal adjustment of the steering column.

Design
The telescopic adjustment motor (in/out) (M20m1) and the tilt adjustment motor (up-down) (M20mZ) are DC motors whose speed is related to the size of the actuating voltage. For position measurement, each motor is equipped with a Hall sensor.

Function
The telescopic adjustment motor (in/out) (M20m1) moves the steering column towards the driver or away from him. The tilt adjustment motor (up/down) (M20m2) allows the height of the steering column to be adjusted.
