Hybrid Inflator Design For Window Airbag:

The window airbag unit consists of a hybrid inflator with squib and an air hose. The air hose is divided into multiple air chambers.

In the inflated state, it has a total volume of approx. twelve liters and fills the area between the side windows and the vehicle occupants on the driver passenger side.
