Work Instructions
- Remove lambda (H02) sensor
- Remove suction connection at supercharger (compressor) on engines 111.943/947/973/975.
- Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold, if necessary.
- Apply dots of sealing compound to gasket to facilitate installation.
- Replace O-ring of suction connection at supercharger (compressor).
- On engine 104:
- insert gaskets with metal side facing toward cylinder head.
- On engines 111.943/947/973/975:
- tighten air intake at compressor to: 25 Nm
- tighten connecting bolt of air intake/pressure connection to: 15 Nm
