Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Testing and Inspection

Procedure
1. Bolt dial gage holder (O3) to timing case cover.
2. Insert dial gage (04) into dial gage holder (03).
3. Inspecting axial ragout
- Position measuring pin (05) of dial gage (04) at measuring point
4. Rotate belt pulley/vibration damper (62)by hand and check axial runout.
5. Inspecting radial rennet
- Position measuring pin (05) of dial gage (04) at measuring point (A).
6. Rotate belt pulley/vibration damper (62) by hand and check radial runout.

Dimensional Specifications
Permissible Pulley/Vibration Damper Runout:
Concentric: 0.6 mm
Axial: 0.6 mm
