Do not touch bonding surface with bare fingers. The bonding surface must be free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components, otherwise the adhesive force of the glued connection is impaired.

1. Guide application nozzle on adhesive cartridge along bonding surface. Uniformly apply 13 mm high adhesive bead (1).
Cartridge gun.

Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive. Completely press out glue residues immediately following application (disposal).

2. Install cover (2) at top edge of rear-end door within 5 minutes and center.
Top edge of cover (2) must be flush with top edge of rear-end door.

3. Tighten bolts (3).
The waiting time (time before vehicle is driven), is approx. 1 hour from the time the cover (2) is installed.
