AR72.20-P-3530-03PB Install Liftgate Cover












Do not touch bonding surface with bare fingers. The bonding surface must be free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components, otherwise the adhesive force of the glued connection is impaired.

1. Guide application nozzle on adhesive cartridge along bonding surface. Uniformly apply approx. 13 mm high adhesive bead. Apply only approx. 10 mm in area of center high-mounted stop lamp.

Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive. Completely press out glue residues immediately following application (disposal).

2. Position cover at rear-end door within 5 minutes and center.
The top edge of the cover should be flush with the edge of the rear-end door.

3. Press on cover and secure with adhesive tape against slipping off.







4. Tighten bolts (1) (arrows).
The waiting time (time before vehicle is driven), is approx. 1 hour from the time the cover is installed.
