For the following sawing work a dia. 63 mm saw blade is required for the FEIN FSC 1.6 window removal tool. Do not exceed cutting depth of 5 mm. Evacuate saw dust (helper).
Sawing work is required to gain access to adhesive beads so that they can be cut.

1. Mark separation lines (1, 2) on cover (3).
Dimension "a": 12 mm and dimension "b": 5 mm.

2. Attach adhesive tape (7) as shown to protect rear-end door.
3. Largely cover rear fender and vehicle interior and lay suitable subbase (4) below rear-end door on left and right.
4. Saw out upper edge of cover (3) along cutting line (1).
FEIN FSC 1.6 window removal tool, wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

5. Attach support (5).
6. Saw out lower edge of cover (3) along cutting line (2).
FEIN FSC 1.6 window removal tool, wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

7. Saw out triangular-shaped cutouts (arrow A), as shown, on left and right side of cover (3).







8. Clamp cutting blade into window removal tool and cut adhesive bead (8).

9. Unscrew bolts (6) from cover.
10. Remove cover from rear-end door.
