AZ88.20-P-0010-02CWX Install Spoiler On Front Bumper.

The area on the bumper to be marked must be free of dust and grease. For cleaning, use mixture of IPA (Isopropanol alcohol) and water with a ratio of 50 : 50.

1. Loosely glue enclosed template to holes to be marked on front spoiler.
2. Align front spoiler in relation to bumper from bottom with aid of second mechanic and push upward against bumper and transfer templates.

3. Drill 5 mm dia. holes at points marked through templates (3) on bumper (2).
Ensure that no other components are damaged when drilling the holes.







4. Hold reinforcement (4) on bumper (2) from rear to side and guide mounting clips through holes.







5. Remove adhesive pads from stays and corners on front spoiler (1).
Adhesive area must be free of dust and grease.

6. Align mounting holes on expansion clips and position.
7. Firmly press front spoiler to bumper and rub to remove air from adhesive points.
8. Lock expansion clips in bumper from rear with suitable tool.
