Switch Off Anti-Towing Sensor

Function requirements
The anti-towing sensor (TS[AS]) can only be switched off
- before activation of the anti4heft alarm system (ATA[EDW]) and with
- Circuit 15 0FF
- Circuit 15R may be ON

Function
To switch off the TS[AS]. press the TS/IMS[AS/IRS] switch with ATA[EDW] function display (N721/1s7). The acknowledgement signal begins 0.5s after releasing the switch and lasts for 2s. Deactivation of the TS[AS] is acknowledged by a steady light (t = 2s).

Upon subsequent activation of the ATA[EDW] the TS[AS] remains non-functional


NOTE: The TS[AS] is only off for the period of one ATA[EDW] activation. Before the next activation of the ATA[EDW] the switch off procedure must be repeated (if desired).


NOTE: Pressing the switch again to switch off the interior motion sensor (IMS[IRS]) is only effective after the LED acknowledgement signal.
