Removal

1 Unclip sealing rails (2) from amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71).
2 Slide out sealing rails (2) from below and take off.

Installation

If sealing rails (2) are to be retrofitted, protective foils (3) must first be attached to the rear window (1).

3.1 Detach amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71) at rear window (1).
Only if protective foils (3) must be attached.

4.1 Treat bonding surfaces for protective foils (3) on rear window with bonding agent.
5.1 Attach protective foils (3) to rear window.
Only if sealing rails (2) are to be retrofitted.

6.1 Fasten amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71) to rear window (1).
Only if protective foils (3) were attached.

7 Slide sealing rails (2) onto amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71) and position.
The sealing rails (2) are positioned by lining up the L and R markings with the vertical antenna wires (arrows) on the rear window (1).

8 Clip sealing rails (2) to amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71).
