B2/5 (Hot film MAF sensor) Inspect for dirt/ clean

Possible causes
- Check component B2/5 (Hot film mass air flow sensor) for contamination or oil fouling.
- M16/6 (throttle valve actuator) Inspect for dirt/ clean.
- Check intake tract for oil residues.
- Inspect charge air system for leaks (unmetered air).

Remedy
- If oil fouled, inspect cylinders with light probe and perform cylinder leak test.
- Check oil separator for crankcase ventilation system for full load operation, clean or replace if necessary.
- Replace check valve of crankcase ventilation system for partial load operation.
- Clean charge air system.
- Check timing
