Adjustment

A. On catches with marked switching ranges (X, Y, Z)

With catch locked press rotating lock (5) in direction "release" with thumb, until resistance is felt. The rotating lock (5) should form a line with mark X (main catch). If not adjust switching range (Y, Z) by this amount.

Release catch. Attach multimeter to plug connector (A24x or A25x, pins 3 and 4). Set multimeter to continuity check (acoustic signal). Press catch in direction "lock" with top wrench (vehicle tool kit). Simultaneously press rotating lock (5) upward with thumb to eliminate play. Limit switch (A24s2 or A25s2) should actuate when the upper edge of the rotating lock (5) is in the switching range (Y). If necessary adjust limit switch (A24s2 or A25s2) by sliding in oblong holes. Apply screw-securing agent to screws (3) for limit switch (A24s2 or A25s2).
