Remove/Install Chain Tensioner

Shown On Engine 112 In Model 129:

1 Remove viscous fan (1)

NOTE: Right-hand thread!

2 Remove fan shroud (2).

NOTE: On model 163 unscrew bolts at bottom of fan shroud. Model 463

3 Remove poly V-belt (3)

NOTE: Installation: Lock tensioning device with a drift or pin (diameter 5 mm).

4 Remove generator (4)
5 Take chain tensioner (6) off timing case cover (5)

NOTE: Installation: Replace sealing ring (7).

6 Install in the reverse order.
