Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair

Removing, Installing Dipstick Guide Tube






1 Remove exhaust manifold (1)
2 Remove compressor (2)
3 Remove compressor support (3)
4 Unbolt dipstick guide tube (4) at cylinder head and pull off oil return pipe (5)
5 Clamp tensioning pliers (01) to dipstick guide tube
6 Knock out dipstick guide tube (4) with tensioning pliers
7 Insert dipstick guide tube (4), knock in with support (02)
8 Check installed size (arrow) with dipstick (03)
- Correct installed size, if necessary

9 Install in the reverse order.
