Removing And Installing Radiator

Coolant
- Drain from radiator

2, 3 Remove viscous fan clutch, fan shroud
- Engines with viscous fan clutch

7, 6 Remove transmission oil lines

2, 20, 22a, 23 Remove upper frame cross member, protective blower grille, air deflecting elements

NOTE:
- Connect transmission oil lines with a connecting piece (01).
- Installation: Check and correct oil level

24 Condenser
- Detach from radiator and leave on vehicle with lines still connected.
- Models 170, 202, 208, 210 with air conditioning.

4, 10, 11, 12 Disconnect and remove Coolant hoses, radiator

NOTE: Installation: Insert attachment lugs in rubber grommets (19) of lower cross member.

Check cooling system for leaks.
