1 Open housing for cable routing (arrow)
2 Disconnect CTEL handset connector (A34x1) and remove CTEL handset (A34) Modified CTEL handset (A34)
3 Remove base plate (16) and unscrew screws (13)
4 Remove plug (24) and unscrew screws (13)
5 Remove bracket (14)
6 Install in reverse order
