Special Tools:

Commercially Available Tools:

1. Clamp blade (124 589 12 63 00) into multi-cutter (1) (stop dimension a = 20 mm).
2. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
3. Insert cutter at starting point "A" and cut out window in upper and side area from inside.
4. Turn over hard top.
5. Clamp blade (124 589 03 63 00) into multi-cutter (1).
6. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
7. Insert cutter at starting point "B" and cut out window in lower area from outside (pull cutter toward body).
8. Insert cutter at starting point "C" and cut out window in lower side area from outside.

If it is not possible to cut all the way through the glue with the blades available use cutting wire.
