Remove/Install Multiple-Disc Brake B1 and Oil Pump

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove multiple-disc brake K1, K2 and K3
2. Unscrew Torx socket bolts (7a) and remove oil pump (7)
- Screw two opposed bolts into the oil pump housing and press the oil pump out of the converter housing by applying light blows with a plastic hammer
3. Unscrew Torx socket bolts (6a) and remove multiple-disc brake B1 (6) from converter housing
- Screw two opposed bolts into the multiple disc brake B 1 and separate from the converter housing by applying light blows with a plastic hammer
4. Detach intermediate plate (8) from converter housing (1)
- Use a suitable tool for loosening

ASSEMBLY
1. Place intermediate plate (8) on converter housing (1) and align
- The intermediate plate can generally be used several times. It must not be coated with sealing agent
2. Securely tighten multiple-disc brake B1 (6) on converter housing (1) to: 8 Nm
- The installed position of multiple-disc brake 81 in relation to converter housing is specified by a plain dowel pin in the multiple-disc brake B1 (arrow)
3. Install oil pump (7) and securely tighten to : 20 Nm
