91-053 Removing And Installing Adjustment Mechanism For Head Restraint And Upper Belt Guide Fitting







Removal, installation







1 Unscrew screws (arrows).







2 Remove adjustment mechanism upward while pulling the drive out of the drive shaft (arrow).







3 Insert adjustment mechanism into drive shaft and screw onto backrest frame with screws (2 each).
Tightening torque: 35 Nm.

Installation note
The screws for the adjustment mechanism are micro-encapsulated.
They must be replaced after disassembly or coated with screw securing agent.
Continue to reinstall in opposite order.
