Remove/install exhaust manifold

Shown On Engine 112 In Model 220:

Removing, installing
1 Remove catalytic converter or front exhaust system
- Models 215, 220
- Model 129

2 Take off cover at front end of engine
3 Remove air cleaner housing
4 Remove ignition coils
5 Remove exhaust manifold


CAUTION: Installation: Replace nuts (156/1) and gaskets (156/5)


Refer to Exhaust Manifold below


NOTE: If bolts at flanged connection of front exhaust system / exhaust manifold are stiff, or threads damaged:


- Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold
- Bolts
- Refer to Exhaust Manifold below

7 Install in the reverse order
