91-123 Removing And Installing Gear For Seat Height Adjustment, Front







Removal, installation







1 Unhook covering and unscrew mounting cross member (arrows).







2 Unscrew screws (4 each) and move gear out with drive shaft on motor.







3 Remove gear and rubber spacer.
4 Reinstall in opposite order.


Installation
Before installing both gear spindles must be turned to the "top" position manually.







Insert mounting cross member into gear spindle and fasten with washer and new self-locking nut.
Tightening torque: 5 Nm.
