Center stowage compartment lid (d)
Open.

4 screws (31)
Unscrew.

Center stowage compartment lid (d) with frame
Remove.

Wooden cover on the shift lever (i)
Loosen.

Cover (k)
Remove (2 screws, 33).

Insert for cassette compartment (35)
Pull out.

Housing for cassette compartment and ashtray (36)
Remove (4 screws, 34).

2 screws (37)
Unscrew.

Connector (26)
Clip out.

Bracket (38) with element (16)
Take out.

Pneumatic line (6)
Lever off with open-end wrench (width between flats 7).

Spring clip (20)
Pull off.

Element (16)
Take out.

Pneumatic function of the element
Check. Testing and Inspection

In order to replace link element (26)
Rebuild or if necessary renew.

Element
Install in reverse order.
