Test requirement
- 80 °C 2500 1/min At coolant temperature , start engine and maintain engine speed of ca. for about 2 minutes.

- O2 sensor voltage, after TWC right: Note! Communication with ECU required
- O2 sensor heater, after TWC: Note! Communication with ECU required
- Exhaust temperature with TWC model: Note! Communication with ECU required

Specified value
- O2 sensor voltage, after TWC right: Range must drop below or rise above range 450 to 500 mV 1 times within a minute.(Engine at idle speed)
- Exhaust temperature with TWC model: >350 °C

Test sequence
- Switch off ignition.
- Unplug the socket A at component N3/10 (ME-SFI control module).
- Unplug the socket B at component N3/10 (ME-SFI control module).
- (N3/10) A.3 <--> B.1 (N3/10)
- Switch on ignition. (Note! Component M4/3 (engine/AC electric suction fan) runs)

- Amperage[1.0...4.5] A
