Front Door Window Motor: Description and Operation

The power window motors are located in the center of the front doors.

The power window mechanism consists of a DC motor with temperature switch and two Hall sensors on the motor shaft.

The power window motor is actuated by the corresponding door control module (N69/1) or (N69/2). The direction of rotation of the motor is determined by polarity of the actuating voltage.

Two Hall sensors supply pulses for position recognition. The signals are registered by the door control module.
