Air Door Position Sensor / Switch: Description and Operation

Purpose
The air distribution switch actuates the air flaps for the air outlets.

Function
The air distribution switch uses an eccentric plate and joints to open and close the air flaps to the various air outlets for ventilation of the vehicle passenger compartment.
The air distribution switch can be turned 360 degrees to 12 position.
The angle of rotation between the catch points is 30 degrees.
