Checking/Setting Distance Between Spring Strut and Wheel House

NOTE: Numbers in parentheses ( ) indicate a component or tool in the associated illustration.

PROCEDURE
When installing the spring strut (5), check distance "a" between the pressure hose bracket on the spring strut tube (arrow) and the wheelhouse (70c)

Only set the spring strut when the pressure hose is disconnected

SPECIFICATIONS
Position Between Pressure Hose Bracket On Spring Strut Tube And Wheelhouse:
At Rebound:
Left: 11-14 mm
Right: 11-14 mm
Ready-To-Drive
Left: 16-19 mm
Right: 16-19 mm
