AR49.10-P-7000AB Remove/Install Complete Exhaust System

Removing and installing exhaust system complete







1 Screw off cross bracing on left rear axle from body.
2 Disconnect connectors of oxygen and diagnostic sensors.
3 Unscrew screws (11/1) at flange connection of front exhaust system/exhaust manifold.
- If bolts are sluggish, or thread damaged, Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold.

4 Unhook front exhaust system off rubber mount.

NOTE: Support exhaust system with e.g. inspection pit lift.

- Inspect rubber mount (9/2) for damage, replace if necessary.

5 Unhook rear muffler off rubber mount.
- Inspect rubber mount (9/2) for damage, replace if necessary.

6 Lift out exhaust system complete.
7 Install in the reverse order.

NOTE: Install exhaust system free of tension.
