Top Compartment Cover

Trunk lid
cover with protective blanket to prevent damage to paint finish when removing top compartment cover.

Top compartment cover (1)
open.

Mark position of hinge lever
in relation to top compartment cover to facilitate installation.

Nuts (2) on hinge lever, left and right
screw out (6 each).

Top compartment cover (1)
remove with help of 2nd person.

Install in opposite order.

Adjustment of top compartment cover
check, correct if required

Adjustment of locking pin (3)
check, adjust if required. The top compartment must catch completely in the locks on both sides.
