Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

FRONT A/C





Lower section of covering under left side of dashboard
Remove. Service and Repair

2-pole connector (B10/6x1)
Disconnect.

Evaporator temperature sensor (B10/6)
Pull out.

Temperature sensor
Check and renew if necessary.

Install
In the reverse sequence.

NOTE: Erase fault memory in the control unit.


REAR A/C (IF EQUIPPED)





Control unit for rear air conditioner
Remove. Service and Repair

Center console
Remove. Service and Repair

Plug connection B10/11x11
Disconnect.

Evaporator temperature sensor B10/11
Pull out.

Evaporator temperature sensor B10/11
Check, renew if required.

Install
In reverse sequence.

Rear air conditioner
Perform function check.

NOTE: After completing the work erase fault memory in the control unit.
