Rear Blower (Models with Rear A/C)

The blower sucks air out of the vehicle passenger compartment into the rear A/C housing. The rear air conditioning operates only in the recirculated air mode.

The blower is designed as a two-stage radial fan.

The pushbutton control module for the rear air conditioning sends a control voltage of 0 - 6 V to the rear blower control which then regulates the operating voltage for the rear blower (0 - 12 V), depending on the control voltage present. This allows regulation of the blower speed between 0 - 100%.
