Function Test
Preliminary work:
Check and/or replace batteries for IRCL transmitter and
synchronizing transmitter signal.

As of M. Y. 1997 3 IR receivers were added in the front doors and trunk lid (as in Figure 1). The mechanical lock cylinders were retained (USA), (J). Note that the IR receiver in rear view mirror that was available on 1996 M.Y. vehicles has been deleted.
