Engine/AC Electric Fan

Function
The electric suction-type fan (engine/A/C) (M4/3) runs at 20 % power when the air conditioning is switched on for basic ventilation.
The fan speed is increased infinitely depending on the refrigerant pressure and/or coolant temperature.

The CFI control module (N3) receives the coolant temperature from the ECT sensor (B11/4) and the refrigerant pressure from the refrigerant pressure sensor (B12) via the CAN bus from the instrument cluster (A1) and the serial interface (K2) in the push-button control module (N19, N22).

This input information is relayed on by the CFI control module (N3) to the electric suction-type fan control module (engine/A/C) (N76).
Here the input information is compared with stored values and the speed of the electric suction-type fan (engine/A/C) (M4/3) is increased as required up to 100 %.
