Function of Sliding/Pop-Up Roof (SR)

Function Principle Of Sliding/Pop-Up Roof:

The direction of rotation of the motor for the sliding/pop-up roof (M12/1) is determined by the polarity of the actuating voltage from the overhead control panel control module (N70). Both sliding/pop-up roof functions are given by the same motor. Starting with the pop-up roof open rotation of the motor in one direction closes the pop-up roof. Rotation in the same direction past the position "sliding/pop-up roof closed" opens the sliding roof.

Two Hall sensors supply pulses for position measurement which are evaluated by the overhead control panel control module (N70).
