Removing, Installing Poly V-belt Tensioning Device Of Compressor







Removal, installation
1 Remove viscous fan coupling
- Engines with viscous fan coupling

2 Remove fan shroud
- Engines with fan shroud

3 Remove poly V-belt of compressor
4 Unbolt belt tensioning pulley (3)

Tensioning device to compressor support M8 - 25 N.m

5 Unbolt tensioning device (4), remove

Collar nut of belt tensioning pulley to tensioning device - 25 N.m

6 Install in the reverse order
