Closing Sliding/Pop-Up Roof With Convenience Feature

- Voltage not too low or too high
- Circuit 15 off and
- Circuit 15R off and
- Circuit 15c off

Function
The convenience feature for closing the sliding/pop-up roof is available only when the sliding/pop-up roof has been synchronized. The overhead control panel control module (N70) receives the request to close the sliding/pop-up roof with the convenience feature via the CAN bus and then actuates the motor for the sliding/pop-up roof (M12/1).

The direction in which the motor is actuated depends on whether the sliding roof or pop-up roof was open.

The motor is actuated until the overhead control panel control module (N70) recognizes that the sliding/pop-up roof is closed by means of the position measurement feature.

The function is interrupted when
- the request via the CAN bus is no longer received or
- the sliding/pop-up roof is locked up or
- the function prerequisites mentioned are no longer fulfilled.
