Test Steps
1. Test equipment
Connect/disconnect according to connection diagram.

2.0 Throttle control linkage
Check for free movement and condition.

2.1 CTP (idle) stop (a)
Check.

3. Run engine to operating temperature
>60 °C

4. Shift selector lever position
HHT display: P/N

5. Engine speed (CTP)
Check, See Test and Adjustment Data. Test and Adjustment Data [Specifications]

6. Engine running at CTP
Check with selector lever in position "D" (parking and service brake applied) and consumers turned on.
