PROTECTIVE COVERS FOR FENDERS AND CENTER CONSOLE
Protective fender and center console covers are available for purchase and should be used by service technicians at all times to protect the vehicle from grease, scratches, fluid spillage and dents during work in the engine compartment, trunk area (model 170 - SLK) or interior.
These covers are made of heavy duty vinyl with foam backing, are light blue in color, and are particularly effective because they are specifically designed to fit snugly over the top of the Mercedes-Benz vehicle's fender and are weighted in the proper location to keep them in place.
The protective center console cover is specifically designed to slip over the gear shift lever and covers the horizontal surface of the center console wood. This item is particularly effective in protecting the wood finish from accidental damage.
