AR77.20-P-1100K Adjusting Sliding/Pop-Up Roof Cover







Removal, Installation
1 Close sliding/pop-up roof cover (1) from sliding position and push lining toward rear
2 Unhook rubber bellows (2) from sliding/pop-up roof cover(1)
3 Remove rail (3) in direction of arrow

CAUTION: First unclip rail at front

Adjustment
4 Loosen screw (5)
5 Insert cardboard strip (6) into sealing joint at rear

NOTE: Cardboard strip (6): 550 mm long and approximately 2 mm thick

6 Adjust sliding/pop-up roof cover (1) in relation to exterior roof surface and tighten screws (5).

Screw for sliding/pop-up roof cover on tilting bracket - 5 N.m

Gap dimension
- Sliding/pop-up roof cover, front - 0.15 mm
- Sliding/pop-up roof cover, side and rear - 0.30 mm

Height adjustment
- Measuring position "A" (x) - 140 mm
- Front: lower than exterior roof surface - 0-1 mm
- Rear: higher than exterior roof surface - 0-1 mm

7 Check sliding/pop-up roof for proper function and fit
8 Reinstall in opposite order

NOTE: If wind noises are present: Adjust seal on sliding/pop-up roof cover
