AR77.20-P-3000K Remove/Install Sliding/Pop-Up Roof Frame







1 Close sliding/pop-up roof
2 Remove overhead control panel control module
3 Remove headliner
4 Pull off water drain hoses (2)
5 Position installation pliers (3)

See "Special Tools" given below.

6 Unscrew screws (4)

Screw on sliding/pop-up roof frame - 8 N.m

7 Put down backrest on front seats
8 Remove sliding/pop-up roof frame (1) with help of second mechanic

NOTE: Installation:
Replacing
- Transfer sliding/pop-up roof panel
- Transfer lining on sliding/pop-up roof
- Adjust sliding/pop-up roof panel

9 Reinstall in opposite order
10 Synchronize sliding/pop-up roof
11 Check sliding/pop-up roof for proper function
