Removing and Installing resonance flap of intake manifold

Preceding work: Removing and installing resonance intake manifold. Refer to Service and Repair - Procedures Service and Repair

Detach vacuum line (arrow).
Unscrew bolts (99/12).
Remove resonance flap of intake manifold (99/4), examine 0-ring, replace if necessary.


Caution: Resonance flap must not be operated by hand. For testing, pressurize vacuum unit with vacuum.
