Side Covering on Outside of Seat Cushion Frame

Driver's seat cushion and backrest cushion removed. Service and Repair






Screws (1 and 2)
unscrew.

Plug (3)
remove.

Screw (4)
unscrew

Covering (5)
pull off of covering (6) (arrows).

Covering (5)
pull out of guide in cushion frame (arrow) and remove toward front.

Screw on belt end fitting, bottom
unscrew.

Cover plate (9) on covering (5)
press out, open and remove from seat belt.

Covering (5)
remove. Observe installation note.


Removal, Installation





1 Unscrew screw (arrow).






2 Push out plug (arrow) and unscrew below.
3 Pull covering off of lower rear covering.






4 Pull covering at front upward out of guide in seat frame and remove toward front.






5 Unscrew screw on belt and fitting and remove covering.






Installation note

When screwing on belt guide fitting, ensure that collar nut is installed in correct position (arrow).
Tightening torque: 40 Nm.
