DTC P0101

DTC: P0101 Mass or volume air flow circuit range/performance problem (B2/5)

Activation requirement CHECK ENGINE lamp:
Two consecutive trips with fault.

Activation of CHECK ENGINE lamp:
At start of next trip.

Test to detect fault:
The engine control module checks the air mass signal for its limiting value. A fault recognition is transmitted via CAN to the diagnostic module. The diagnostic module recognizes a failure after approximately 2 seconds.
