Up to 2/94 (up to HHT Diagnosis Version 42)

The engine control module recognizes and stores the following equipment and/or version information during the vehicle's initial operation:
- Catalytic converter/non-catalytic converter,
- Manual/automatic transmission,
- 4-speed, 5-speed automatic transmission
- Cruise Control
- Electronic Accelerator
- USA version.

After replacing the engine control module or after trial installation of an engine control module from another vehicle, the stored data must be erased and the recognition feature reactivated.
