Spring Strut

1. Remove bleed screw from leveling valve and drain system fluid into a suitable container.
2. Remove trunk floor cover, then fold rear seat bench down.
3. Remove frame crossmember cover attaching screws and the cover.
4. Remove frame crossmember closing cover to gain access to spring strut pressure line.
5. Disconnect and plug pressure line from spring strut.
6. Remove strut upper mounting bolt and rubber mount.
7. Remove strut lower attaching bolts, then lower strut from vehicle.
8. Remove lower rubber mount from strut.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
