A/C Pressure Switch S31/1

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE:



1. Drain (recycle) air conditioning system.
2. Disconnect two plugs on pressure switch (S31/1).
3. Screw off pressure switch (S31/1).
4. Plug connection on fluid reservoir.
5. Install in opposite order; moisten O-ring with refrigerant oil and tighten to 20±4 Nm.
6. Evacuate, charge and check air conditioning system for proper function and leakage; for this purpose allow engine to run at idle only for first 4 minutes.
