NEW A/C PUSHBUTTON CONTROL MODULE

As of September production, the function of the A/C pushbutton control module was changed.

The following functions were changed or are new:

^ When the OFF or DEF button is depressed, that setting remains when the ignition is cycled OFF/ON.

^ Engine OFF cooling as found on model 140. If coolant temperature exceeds 110°C 90 seconds after the ignition is turned OFF, the coolant circulation pump is switched on for a maximum of 10 minutes to assist in cooling the engine.





Effective Serial Number

Existing stock of the previous version pushbutton control module, part number 129 830 02 85, should be depleted on vehicles up to chassis end number 1F-070848.
